.:LE ORIGINI:.
E' stato il grande Helenio Herrera ad introdurre il concetto di tifoseria organizzata a Milano: "Moschettieri" prima e "Aficionados" poi hanno organizzato in maniera primordiale il tifo da stadio milanese, una forma di sostegno ben lontana da quella che oggi si intende come tale. E' nel contesto della fine anni sessanta che nascono i Boys, gruppo nato da un distaccamento di alcuni ragazzi dall'Inter Club Fossati, creando così di fatto il primo gruppo ultras a sostegno dell'F.C.Inter. Il nome del gruppo è ispirato a "Boy", un ragazzino dispettoso, protagonista di una serie a fumetti pubblicata sul giornale dell'Inter; l'unione con la dicitura "Le Furie Nerazzurre" completa il nome del neonato club. Il primo striscione dei Boys viene realizzato nel 1970, esordendo a Roma con la Lazio nel mese di marzo, per poi comparire a San Siro nell'attuale secondo anello arancio nel mese successivo. La diversificazione dallo "spettatore" tipo dell'epoca è alla base della filosofia e dello spirito con cui questi ragazzi agiscono, oggi come allora.
.:GLI ANNI SETTANTA:.
Negli anni settanta, periodo di pionierismo ultras, i Boys si distinguono per un organizzazione ed un affiatamento invidiabile, che li porta a seguire l'Inter in quasi tutte le trasferte difendendo i propri colori e lo striscione con onore anche in trasferte epiche per l'epoca quali Roma, Napoli o Bari. Tuttavia il numero relativamente esiguo di ultras disposti a seguire la filosofia dei Boys, ha costitutito un freno non indifferente: Le coreografie erano costituite da primordiali "cartate" e dallo sventolio di bandiere autofinanziate e autoprodotte, un effetto che oggi può far sorridere, ma che ha costituito la base per qualsiasi coreografia del giorno d'oggi. In questi anni si vengono a creare le prime tensioni con i gruppi ultras rivali. Principali avversari del periodo sono Bergamaschi, Granata, Doriani e, soprattutto, Milanisti. Con questi ultimi gli scontri raggiungevano l'apice della ferocia, in quanto, all'epoca, le due tifoserie erano praticamente attaccate, entrambe all'attuale secondo anello arancio, spostati verso la Nord noi, verso la Sud loro. Nel 1979 i lavori di ristrutturazione dello stadio San Siro portano i Boys nell'attuale posizione, ovvero nel cuore della curva Nord.
.:GLI ANNI OTTANTA:.
Gli anni ottanta rappresentano il periodo di maggior splendore del gruppo dei Boys. All'inizio del decennio compare per la prima volta la dicitura S.A.N. (Squadre d'Azione Nerazzurre) all'interno del nuovo striscione. Successivamente, a causa di dissidi tra i direttivi, avviene la cacciata al primo anello del gruppo "Potere Nerazzurro", mentre contemporaneamente si fa largo il gruppo dei "Forever Ultras", nato nel 1975. La violenza dilaga all'interno del gruppo, famosissimi gli scontri del 22 novembre del 1981 a San Siro contro i romanisti, o quelli dell'anno successivo a Genova. L'apice però avviene come sempre contro i cugini rossoneri: l'ondata di violenza non si circoscrive nei giorni dei derby (rari per la verità in quel periodo, viste le retrocessioni del Milan), ma si propagano nella vita quotidiana finchè, al termine di un derby valido per il Mundialito del 1983, caratterizzato tanto per cambiare da violenti scontri, non si decide di stipulare un patto di non aggressione che sopravvive tutt'ora. Dal punto di vista coreografico avviene un evoluzione sostanziale rispetto agli anni settanta: i primi fumogeni e torcie fanno la loro comparsa a cavallo tra i due decenni e viene realizzato nel 1985 il primo bandierone copricurva. Gemellaggi importanti del periodo vengono fatti con gli ultras di Verona (durerà fino al 2001), Firenze (fino al 1987) e Sampdoria (fino al 1992). Nell'ultimissima parte di questo fantastico periodo avviene un'altra importante innovazione: viene realizzato un bellissimo striscione in cerata, che tutt'oggi campeggia al centro della Curva Nord.
.:GLI ANNI NOVANTA:.
Gli anni novanta si aprono con la conquista della prima coppa Uefa ai danni della Roma. Nello stesso anno la Sampdoria ci soffia lo scudetto nello scontro diretto a San Siro, incrinando irrimediabilemente il gemellaggio, sciolto nel 1992. Gli scontri sono ancora cruenti sull'onda degli anni ottanta, ma vengono affievoliti nettamente dall'avvento delle prime diffide, aumentate a seguito dell'omicidio di Vincenzo Spagnolo nel 1995. Se negli anni ottanta era stata quindi la violenza a guidare le azioni dei Boys, negli anni novanta ci si sofferma giocoforza di più sull'aspetto coreografico del vivere la curva. I primi sono anni di transizione, in quanto l'inesperienza e, forse, la sottovalutazione di sè, portano a risultati buoni, ma non eccelsi, vista anche la rapida evoluzione in questo campo di molti gruppi rivali. La consapevolezza di essere "competitivi" anche sotto questo aspetto avviene gradualmente, anche grazie alla collaborazione con tutti gli altri gruppi della Curva Nord.
.:I GIORNI NOSTRI:.
Il 2001 sancisce la rottura del gemellaggio con gli ultras veronesi a causa di dissidi con il nuovo ed arrogante direttivo della curva gialloblù. L'Inter poi non fa altro che deluderci, ma noi, i Boys San Milano, saremo sempre al suo fianco, impegnandoci ancora di più per l'onore della nostra amata maglia.
